Great to meet you!

My work centers on relationships — the one you have with your partner, your family, and yourself. Before I became a therapist, I studied conflict and mediation, which means I've spent years learning how people get stuck in cycles of disconnection and how they find their way out. That background shapes everything about how I show up in session. I work with individuals, couples, and families — often when things feel stuck in a loop that no one knows how to break.

My approach to therapy

I blend EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for trauma work — approaches that go beyond talking about a problem and help shift how your nervous system and inner world actually experience it. For relational and behavioral skill-building, I draw on DBT and narrative therapy to help you understand your patterns and rewrite them. My style is collaborative — I'm not here to tell you what's wrong with you. I'm here to help you understand what happened to you, and build from there.

What you can expect from me

Expect a real conversation, not a form you have to fill out in the room. I'll ask about what brought you in, what's been going on, and what you're hoping for — and I'll listen to more than just the surface. By the end of our first session, you'll know whether my style feels like a fit, and I'll have a clear enough picture to talk through what working together might look like. No pressure, no homework on day one.
