Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist with experience across inpatient, PHP/IOP, and outpatient settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I primarily work with young adults and college students, as well as adults navigating the demands of their 30s and 40s—including young professionals, parents, men, neurodivergent individuals, and those adjusting to postpartum life—offering support during seasons of growth, identity shifts, and change.

My approach blends CBT, DBT, SFBT, and motivational interviewing with trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and spirituality. In our work, this means helping you understand and shift unhelpful thought patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, build on your strengths, and feel more grounded and in control—at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

I offer a warm, steady space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with your sense of purpose—so you can move forward feeling more empowered and aligned with your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel safe, understood, and back in control of your life. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, offering a steady space where we can slow things down and make sense of what you’re going through.

I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, SFBT, and motivational interviewing with trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and spirituality. In practice, this means helping you regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and heal deeper inner wounds using tools like parts work, breathwork, and body-based strategies.

My focus is helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to a lasting sense of purpose—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll take time to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping for—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and strengths, while also helping you begin to make sense of what’s been feeling overwhelming or out of control. Together, we’ll start identifying initial goals and areas of focus, whether that’s managing emotions, reducing anxiety, improving relationships, or feeling more grounded day-to-day.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
