Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m someone who truly values empathy, connection, and collaboration. I bring a warm, compassionate presence to our work together, and I genuinely care about your mental and emotional well-being. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen through teamwork — we’re in this together.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-sided solutions. I can't do the work for you, and I don’t expect you to do it alone either. Our process is about creating a safe space where we can explore challenges, build on strengths, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

You bring your story, your insights, and your willingness to show up. I bring my support, experience, and wholehearted commitment to walk alongside you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of Solution-Focused Therapy. That means we’ll look at the patterns that might be holding you back, explore your values, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

You bring your lived experience and willingness to grow. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to supporting you — not just as a therapist, but as a teammate in your journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect a space of warmth, reflection, and non-judgment — a place where you can feel safe to be yourself, to be honest, and to take the steps toward change at your own pace.
