Great to meet you!

I am a LPC in Austin Texas. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating conflict, grief, depression, trauma, anxiety, and everyday struggles. Many of my clients are facing difficult life transitions, relationship issues, or chronic stress that can feel overwhelming and isolating. Whether you’re seeking to understand deeper patterns in your life, manage your emotional responses, or find more meaning in the face of life’s challenges, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

I believe we all have the capacity to heal, especially when we’re seen, heard, and supported. My role isn’t to fix you—it’s to walk alongside you as you make meaning, build resilience, and create space for change that feels authentic and lasting. For couples, my role is to partner with you, exploring both areas of disconnection and hurt and building connection and emotional safety in your relationship.

What you can expect from me

In therapy as an individual our work will focus on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and supported.

We'll explore the patterns, emotions, and life experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Using tools from DBT, somatic awareness, grief counseling and trauma-informed care, you'll learn practical skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build self-trust—one step at a time. In couples counseling we use skills from both Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method to identify strengths and weakness in the relationship, practice constructive problem solving and rebuild friendship bonds between partners.
