Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah Weinstein! For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people through seasons when life feels overwhelming. You may be stuck in a cycle of overthinking, worrying about your health, experiencing panic attacks, struggling in your relationships, or caring for everyone else while quietly running on empty. I work with children, teens, adults, older adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, health anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we’ll understand what’s keeping you stuck and find practical ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I use CBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailoring our work to your needs and goals. You can expect me to listen deeply, offer honest feedback, and help you turn insight into practical changes you can use in everyday life. Therapy with me is a real conversation, and we’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable while staying focused on what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to being the strong one or caring for everyone around you. You don’t need to arrive with the right words or a perfectly defined goal. Our first session is simply a chance to talk about what’s been happening, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope could be different. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and never judged.

You don’t have to figure everything out alone. If you’re ready to move beyond simply getting through the day and start feeling more like yourself again, I’d be honored to support you.
