Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky with nearly twenty years of experience helping people through stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, and major life changes. I bring a calm, steady presence to the work and focus on helping you feel understood and supported. My background includes years of leadership and clinical supervision, which taught me how to stay grounded in tough moments. I believe everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and move toward a healthier version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and practical. I work with you to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and help you build tools that actually fit your life. I use mindfulness and solution‐focused strategies to help you manage stress, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in yourself. I move at your pace, but I also help you stay focused on the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a simple, honest conversation about what’s been weighing on you and what you hope will feel different. I create a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly without pressure. We’ll explore what’s been happening, what you need right now, and what direction feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more grounded than when you came in.
