Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience working with a variety of populations across the life span. I believe that if you are provided with a safe and affirming space, you will be able to do anything. Together we will discover any obstacles standing in the way of achieving your goals, whether it be a challenging relationship or something in your professional life.

My approach to therapy

I have clinical expertise in areas such as LGBTQ populations, HIV/AIDS and other chronic illness, aging, domestic violence, sexual abuse, PTSD, depression and anxiety. My practice philosophy is informed by my anti-oppressive, anti-racist, body positive, sex positive and LGBTQI affirmative attitude. I have advanced clinical training in psychodynamic and trauma-focused therapies, and together we will work to discover any barriers to your well-being.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is a process of self-discovery and breaking free from old patterns that are no longer serving you. My goal is to challenge patterns of thought and behavior as well as helping client's gain a better understanding of themselves.
