Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, prioritizing our mental health is important to happiness and fulfilment in life. I believe in taking a wrap around approach, addressing emotional, physical and environmental factors in our lives. I’ve been in practice for 9 years, working with individuals, couples and groups addressing self esteem, anxiety and depression, and addiction recovery.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone has a unique story, and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a discovery session, in an open and safe environment where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In this session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
