Great to meet you!

My name is Sarah, and I am a licensed professional counselor.

I can help with a wide range of issues, including depression, behavioral/mood changes, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, grief, loss, and multiple anxiety disorders. I have implemented full-model DBT specializing in borderline personality disorder and people feeling emotionally and behaviorally out of control.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on creating a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for all of my clients. I will prioritize that you feel heard and understood. I use a collaborative approach, working alongside you as we move through your journey together. I will empower you by encouraging self-exploration, while offering the support you need.

What you can expect from our first session

During our sessions you can expect to feel understood and supported without judgment. My goal is to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and together we'll explore ways to manage challenges and learn effective ways to create change in your life.
