Great to meet you!

I help people understand and navigate their overwhelming mental health symptoms. If you are feeling overwhelmed and nearing a tipping point I will help you learn how to manage on your own again.

Whether you/your child/your spouse are struggling with a significant life change, reeling from a traumatic event, or if there is something that’s been negatively impacting you for a while, I’m here to help. With compassion I strive to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and collaborative. I have years of specialty experience working with first responders, active duty military and veterans and their families.

I have ample experience helping clients and their families process trauma, navigate anxiety attacks, evaluate attachment patterns, cope with significant life transitions, sort through depression, address and evaluate symptoms of psychosis, end stage illness, and generally explore difficult emotions and experiences in clients aged 5-95 (and above).

My approach to therapy

Wherever you are starting from we will work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and find a holistic path forward that feels meaningful to you. I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, to include CBT and DBT within the trauma informed care lens of care.

What you can expect from me

If you think I might be a good fit for you or your family then we will discuss this over a free 15 minute pre-session screening phone call. Afterwards during our first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals for therapy, as well as my approach as a therapist.
