Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Sarah Wolf-Gramzow and I received an MA and PhD from Syracuse University. I also have a certificate from Syracuse University in Trauma-Informed Practice. I currently own a private practice and teach at Syracuse University and Northwestern University in their graduate programs for Couple and Family Therapy.

I have extensive knowledge and experience working with various forms of trauma and PTSD. However, even if you are trauma-free, you've likely experienced some stress in your life, and I would be happy to help you through the crux issues that you may be struggling with!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very collaborative. I enjoy working together to co-construct a plan to address your goals. I lean heavily on trauma-informed, attachment, and interpersonal neurobiology to help me understand how we all as humans function and best navigate ways to find empowerment.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you feel seen, heard, valued, and accepted in every session. Depending on the goals we conjointly decide to work toward, my aim is for you to acquire skills to implement outside of session to begin to meet those objectives.
