Great to meet you!

I support mothers, couples, and individuals in building stronger, more connected lives. Using the Gottman Method, I help couples move from disconnection to security, while offering mothers a space to navigate the mental load and challenges of parenting.

I also work with individuals facing life transitions, ADHD, and stress, using a practical, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I describe my approach as building a "ladder" together. You already possess the internal strength and resilience to move forward; my role is to provide the clinical tools, deep insight, and the occasional bit of humor to help you climb. My style is warm, direct, and active. I blend evidence-based practices like CBT and Narrative Therapy with a psychodynamic lens to help you understand your story while taking practical steps toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership—one where you are the expert on your life, and I am your dedicated advocate for growth. Let’s work together to build a foundation of peace and confidence, one rung at a time.
