Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-discovery. I hold both a JD and an MSW, and my approach integrates traditional therapy with somatic, body-based tools, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational work, with the Enneagram serving as a foundational framework for understanding patterns and growth. I'm also a mother, a divorced co-parent, and someone navigating life with a chronic condition, which informs the empathy and practicality I bring to this work. I love to support clients to break out of conditioned patterns, reconnecting with their authentic voice and moving together toward a grounded sense of their unique soulful abundance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, conversational, and thoroughly integrative. I draw from modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, CBT, psychodynamic and family systems work, as well as spirituality-integrated psychotherapy, inner child work, and Enneagram-informed insight. I tailor in each session to the individual and the needs presented in that session, blending these approaches organically to support, emotional, psychological, bodily, and spiritual healing and liberation. Together, through presence, curiosity, and care, we explore stuck relational and behavioral patterns, helping you build awareness, reconnect with your voice, and express yourself more authentically. My goal is to support you in creating a more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by getting to know each other first through an intake process to understand what’s bringing you to therapy at this time, and then by making space to answer any questions you have for me. I’ll ask about your current life situation, any symptoms or challenges you’re experiencing, your history with therapy, and what you hope to accomplish through our work together. This helps us create a clear, shared direction for therapy. When appropriate, we may also explore an Enneagram assessment to better understand your core personality patterns and how you’re naturally wired to grow. This foundation allows us to design our shared work in a way that is meaningful and supportive of who you are becoming.
