Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Sarah, thank you for stopping by. Life’s transitions can be categorized in many ways, but when they cause us pain, anxiety, or feelings of being stuck, it can be difficult to navigate. One’s personal experience should never be compared to another, as it is unique, but there is hope. No matter your struggle, you deserve a safe space for mindfulness and restoration.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I will use empathy, laughter, and kindness to help you grow and heal. It is the value of relationships, compassion, and acceptance that will begin the transformation to understanding who you are and the goals you want to achieve. Along with evidence-based interventions and theoretical approaches that are tailored for you, my hope is that you can begin to build a sense of self, find understanding, and feel empowered. And through it all, I will be your support and advocate.

What you can expect from me

From the first session to our last, I hope to cultivate a space that is safe, warm, and non-judgmental. Let me meet you where you are, listen to your journey and empower you to create solutions within yourself that can be carried throughout your life. If any of this resonates with you and you are ready to share your story, I am here.
