Great to meet you!

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. I work with adults and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, past trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, or the feeling of being overwhelmed while trying to keep everything together. Together, we focus on helping you make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward real, lasting change. I use approaches like EMDR, CBT, and DBT, and for those who desire it, I can also incorporate faith into the process.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and practical. We’ll look at how your past experiences may still be showing up in your present, while also building tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control in your daily life. I’ll meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels comfortable, and gently challenge you when you’re ready so that growth feels meaningful and not overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for you to share your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’d like to see change, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. You can ask any questions you have, and together we’ll start creating a plan that feels clear and manageable. Most clients leave the first session feeling relieved, understood, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
