Great to meet you!

I’m dedicated to helping clients create meaningful change through a collaborative, compassionate, and goal oriented approach. I specialize in crisis intervention and draw from proven, evidence-based therapies (EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, ERP) tailored to your unique needs. I believe every person’s story is unique, and I work to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, build on strengths, and move toward the life you want. I earned my Master’s in Educational & Clinical Counseling from Azusa Pacific University and have received specialized training in trauma focused care and crisis interventions. I’ve worked in community mental health settings, crisis intervention programs, and private practice; which has allowed me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My work is trauma informed and guided by the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, empowered, and understood. I integrate approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), crisis intervention, and strength based strategies to meet each client’s individual needs. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. My style is empathetic yet practical; I balance listening deeply with offering tools, insights, and strategies you can apply right away.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe to share at your own pace. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable or even intimidating, so we begin by simply getting to know each other can create the first big step in therapy. By the end of our first session, you can expect to have:

  • A clearer sense of what therapy will look like with me
  • Initial goals or focus areas for our work together
  • A few grounding or coping tools you can start using right away
  • And most importantly; the reassurance that you’re not alone in this process

Every session is a collaborative step toward stability, healing, and growth and we’ll take that journey together at a pace that feels right for you.
