Great to meet you!

I look forward to helping you. I've counseled for 24 years, and value spiritual psychology and family systems. I enjoy working with highly sensitive people (HSPs) and those who want to improve their relationships and explore values.

Before counseling, I was in marketing and graphic design. I've had my share of life learning, and I'll do my best to help you thrive in life.

I’m from Boston and came to SoCal in 1995. I love my husband, kids, friends, dogs, the ocean, music, learning, art and reading.

My approach to therapy

Many schools of thought have influenced me and I flex to your needs and objectives. I always address four levels of your experience: Physical (body), Mental (thoughts), Emotional (feelings) and Spiritual (connection to Authentic Self, personal meaning and purpose). I ask deep questions and will help you access your intuition or inner counselor, learn self-care and practical goal setting. Humor is important. I’ve served over 2000 people with a wide variety of concerns.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you recognize the wisdom and compassion within so you can become your own best friend. Spiritual psychology returns to the true definition of psychology... ‘study of the soul’. It recognizes a larger reality and the True Self. I love working with clients who resonate with this. I want to help you find more meaning and create a more balanced life, practice self-nurturing, and connect with your heart. I offer warmth and understanding to you along the journey.
