Great to meet you!

I will meet you where you are and go at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are working through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or a big life adjustment, this is a

space to be heard and supported, no matter your age or stage. My name is Sari (rhymes with Mary): I'm a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Mental

Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years working with pre-teens, teens, young adults, adults, families, and school communities. It is an honor to partner with my clients, hearing their stories, holding a safe space, and working together toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

Together, we can explore whether talk therapy, art therapy, or a mix of both feels like the best way to navigate your emotional process. Individual sessions are tailored toward each unique client, which may include mindfulness techniques, work with your nervous system through somatic exploration, breathworth, using creativity to process emotions, or talking it out. Building trust and safety in our sessions is my priority as I learn what brings you in and what goals you have for yourself. It takes strength and courage to open up about your life and I am here to walk alongside you in this journey, with empathy, compassion, kindness, and genuine authenticity.

I am direct, actively engaged in our work, bring humor, and am dedicated in supporting your next chapter toward your well being. We will highlight and build upon your strengths, explore patterns that surround your struggles, create coping skills and strategies that allow you to emotionally regulate, and through processing the tough stuff....grow kindness, compassion, and grounding within.

I look forward to meeting you, hearing your stories, and being an aly and advocate for your soul.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk through what brought you in and get to know your story together, no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll explore your background, talk

about your communication style, and start shaping goals that feel right for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and confident this is a space where

you can be yourself.
