Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I specialize in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early transition into parenthood. My experience working with families in the NICU is what really sparked my passion for this work. I saw firsthand how overwhelming, emotional, and isolating that experience can be—especially for parents of medically fragile or hospitalized newborns. That work continues to deeply shape how I support clients today.

I recognize that opening up during pregnancy or postpartum can feel especially vulnerable, particularly when there’s fear of being judged or not feeling like the parent you “should” be. Many people carry a lot silently during this time, and it can take real courage to reach out for support. I aim to create a space that feels steady, supportive, and grounded, where you can talk openly about what you’re going through without feeling like you have to filter or hold back.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, I will strive to provide you with a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. We can begin wherever you feel the most comfortable, and together help create a plan to address any goals or concerns you wish to address. I tailor therapy to each persons unique story, ensuring they feel empowered in their journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I may ask some questions about your current concerns, history, and what support you’re hoping for so we can start to get a sense of what’s going on together. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together.
