Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarné, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. I believe mental health care should feel supportive, comfortable, and free of judgment. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, stress, and life transitions. As a nurse, mom, and caregiver myself, I understand how overwhelming life can become, and I’m passionate about helping people feel more balanced, hopeful, and like themselves again.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to treatment. I believe clients should feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care decisions.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, education, and practical coping strategies to help clients feel more stable, confident, and empowered in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where we take time to talk about what’s been going on and what goals they have for treatment. We’ll review symptoms, mental health history, stressors, lifestyle factors, and any past treatments or medications. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood while we work together to create a personalized treatment plan that fits their needs and lifestyle.
