Sasha Alleyne

Hi! My name is Sasha, and I am passionate about helping people overcome their personal challenges. I have over 10 years of experience treating adolescents and adults, working across a variety of settings including schools, residential treatment programs, community-based outreach programs, and military health systems. I specialize in working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, and those seeking personal growth and development.

I use an integrative, client-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based approach to best support my clients in achieving their personal goals.

I also incorporate other evidence-based treatments such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy when deemed appropriate to treat a client's presenting concerns.

I believe in building strong foundational relationships with my clients, because without relationship, there is no trust, and without trust, well there won't be much progress. With that in mind, I really invest time in developing rapport with my clients, so that I can curate a safe space for them where they can be comfortable and vulnerable enough to share, discuss their goals or inspirations for therapy, and engage in the therapeutic process.
