Great to meet you!

Actively accepting new clients in CT!I help children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, family conflict, or past abuse find safety, confidence, and connection again. With over 12 years supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that empowers healing at your pace. I’m an LGBTQ+ ally and state-certified advocate, committed to providing a space where your story is honored and you don’t have to go through this alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and personalized to each individual or family I work with. I combine evidence-based therapies with holistic practices like mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, walk-and-talk sessions, and creative expression. Together, we focus on building resilience, reducing anxiety, and strengthening confidence in a way that feels supportive, comfortable, and uniquely you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space where you can authentically be yourself, free of judgement. Sessions are opportunities to be heard, understood, and seen, while working towards the change you desire. We will work at the pace that feels most comfortable for you.
