Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. As a bilingual clinician (English and Spanish) and a mother of two, I bring both professional expertise and real-world compassion to my work. My personal and clinical experiences have deepened my understanding of the emotional complexities that come with trauma, parenting, relationships, and personal growth.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations across a wide range of mental health concerns—including trauma, PTSD, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, stress management, and relational issues. My commitment is to walk alongside my clients with authenticity, empathy, and a strong belief in their capacity to heal and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative and client-centered approach that blends evidence-based modalities to meet your unique needs. Depending on your goals, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and more. I also incorporate creative methods like Art Therapy and Play Therapy, especially with children and those who benefit from nonverbal expression. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in empathy and respect for your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

In each session, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where your thoughts and emotions are welcomed without pressure. We will work together to explore the issues that matter most to you, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to support your mental and emotional wellness. Whether we’re focused on processing trauma, learning coping strategies, or working toward specific life goals, you’ll leave each session with greater clarity, emotional support, and a personalized plan to move forward.
