Great to meet you!

I’m a firm believer that therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly formal. I want you to feel like you can show up as yourself, whether you’re having a great day, having a hard day, or simply trying to make sense of what you’re feeling.

I’m naturally warm, compassionate, and easygoing. I value creating genuine connections with the people I work with. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or tell you how you should live your life. Instead, I’ll help you explore what’s going on, understand yourself more deeply, and find the tools that work for you.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that feel realistic for your life.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, while always adapting therapy to your individual needs and goals. I want our sessions to feel like a safe space where you can be honest, feel understood, and make sense of what you’re going through.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we feel like a good fit. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly what you want to talk about. We’ll take some time to talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, and current challenges, but I also want the conversation to feel natural rather than like an interview. We’ll begin identifying what feels most important to you and what you’d like to work toward.
