Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed social worker with a background in clinical practice and community-based work. I earned my Master of Social Work from The University of Toledo and have experience supporting individuals across various settings, including schools, recovery programs, and healthcare. I’m particularly passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and individuals navigating substance use, trauma, and identity-related concerns.

In my work, I hold space for people who are often underserved, unseen, or overwhelmed. I believe therapy should be an affirming, empowering experience where you can show up as you are—without explaining or justifying your lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I use evidence-based models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based work, and trauma-informed care, but I always start by listening—really listening—to what matters to you. I center your goals and pace, and together we build a manageable and meaningful plan.

I also consider the systems around you—your work environment, community, family, or broader cultural experiences—and how those shape what you’re going through. Therapy isn’t about "fixing" you; it’s about making space for healing, reflection, and change that feels right for your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with new insight, practical strategies, and a clearer sense of where you’re headed. My hope is that you’ll feel more grounded, more connected to your strengths, and more capable of navigating life’s challenges. You can expect a nonjudgmental space, a steady presence, and a therapist who’s genuinely invested in your progress—however you define it.
