Great to meet you!

Sasha earned her MA in Creative Arts Therapy from Hofstra University. She has experience supporting people of all different identities and backgrounds. From trauma and anxiety to neurodivergence and substance abuse, she meets every client with respect, curiosity, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

Creativity is the body's native language. The cells in your body are reinventing themselves right now! Your genes are experimenting with new expressions! Creativity is essential for healthy bodies, minds, and spirits. It's how we process trauma and release stress. It's how we learn to think about problems from different perspectives and find effective solutions.

As an art therapist and a death doula, Sasha supports people who feel stuck, lost, freaked out, furious, and sad. In clinical terms: she specializes in grief, trauma, neurodivergence, and substance abuse.

What you can expect from me

The first session is always focused on establishing a connection. It's often a conversation, but art materials are absolutely encouraged for those who feel safe and ready to explore that way. W
