Great to meet you!

Welcome to my profile. As a former 21 year veteran educator, I've learn to display compassion for those with emotional/behavioral challenges. I have a passion in helping people realize their possibilities, even when life says different. My work addresses the whole person; not fragments. Individuals learn how to become more connected to themselves and their community, by identifying cognitive, emotional, and behavioral negative patterns.I can help people realize their cognitive distortions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered. I. believe in building a strong client-therapist alliance. Trust and rapport are the greatest aspect of the therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away challenging their core beliefs, attitudes, and central messages. Clients will learn how to become self-actualized and critical thinkers.
