Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Asking for help can be one of the toughest challenges, so congratulations on taking that first step! I’ve been practicing for 10 years, and my main focus are adult clients who are struggling with PTSD, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I believe opportunities for healing and growth reside within life’s challenges. I enjoy helping individuals ask important questions, explore issues and emotions without judgment, and find freedom within even the most difficult circumstances. Together, we explore core beliefs and past experiences that shape who you are and how you respond. My style is warm and person centered, and I utilize both holistic and evidence-based approaches. l look forward to embarking on this journey with you!

What you can expect from me

I typically start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable being vulnerable. From there, we work together in the sessions that follow to make your treatment goals a reality.
