Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards growth and healing. I received my Bachelors in Psychology at Northwest Missouri State University, followed by a Masters of Social Work at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. I currently work as a Certified EMDR psychotherapist providing mental health therapy to adolescents and adults of all walks of life.

My approach to therapy

I know that it is hard to begin a journey such as therapy. I take the approach of understanding the privilege I have of sitting with another human in a vulnerable, authentic state. It is a value of mine to have good rapport and trust with my clients where healing can take place. I apply a client-centered approach focusing on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and struggles while I support, guide and challenge you.

What you can expect from me

At the end of our time together, the goal is to develop new insight about yourself and the world around you in way that you feel confident. Through tools and skills learned, you may not only feel a difference but with hard work and consistency, achieve the next best version of yourself. A healthy life awaits!
