Great to meet you!

My role is to help you understand the deeper patterns shaping how you think, feel, and show up in your life. Together, we’ll explore the core beliefs and internal narratives that influence your relationships, decisions, and sense of self—especially the ones that no longer serve you. I work with individuals who are often high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected internally. Our work goes beyond surface level coping, focusing on developing insight, shifting long standing patterns, and creating meaningful, sustainable change

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults who are insightful and motivated, but feel held back by anxiety, self doubt, emotional overwhelm, or recurring relationship patterns. In our work, we’ll focus on identifying core beliefs, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and building the capacity to regulate emotions more effectively. My approach integrates cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you not only gain insight, but actually feel and implement change in your day today life

What you can expect from me

Our work begins with gaining a clear understanding of your current challenges, your goals, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. From there, we’ll collaboratively identify the core beliefs and emotional responses driving those patterns. Sessions are both exploratory and practical. We’ll develop insight into your internal world while also working on concrete strategies to shift thinking patterns, regulate your nervous system, and respond to challenges in new ways. Over time, this process helps reduce emotional reactivity, increase clarity and confidence, and remove internal barriers so you can move more fully toward the personal and professional life you want
