Great to meet you!

I attended Saint Johns University where I received a Bachelors in psychology. I then went on to attend New York University where I received a Masters of Social Work. While my social work background is a bit diverse I've found that I've enjoyed my work as a therapist the most. I've been a practicing therapist for about 9 years now working with individuals throughout all stages of life. At present my population consists of persons age 18+ most commonly managing trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, ADD/ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Some parts of us speak loudly, our thoughts, our obligations, our performance. Other parts whisper like tension in the chest, unmet needs, quiet exhaustion we can’t explain. My role is to help you become more curious about yourself. Not just the parts that are easy to understand, but the subtler patterns that drive emotional discomfort, disconnection, or behavior that doesn’t quite align with your values.

Together, we’ll work to make sense of what’s underneath the surface. I help clients to identify and express emotions more clearly, to build empathy for their own experience, and to start responding to life in ways that feel more grounded, intentional, and self-honoring.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients have described feeling emotionally reactive, burnt out, or longing for more connection and ease in their relationships. What they often leave with is a deeper sense of clarity, emotional resilience, and the confidence to advocate for their needs without guilt or self-doubt. I'd be honored to work with you.
