Great to meet you!

Are you someone who’s always been the strong one, the reliable one, while quietly unraveling inside? If so, you’re not alone. As a therapist, I work with individuals who are burned out, navigating trauma, masking their neurodivergence, or simply tired of trying to earn their worth through people-pleasing.

I believe therapy starts with real connection - human to human. You don’t need to impress me or perform here. You just get to be honest. Whether you’re healing from narcissistic abuse, processing grief, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to reconnect with who you really are, I’m here to walk with you.

I’ve worked with teens and adults across diverse backgrounds including those facing chronic illness, ADHD/autism, PTSD, parenting stress, aging, end-of-life care, and identity shifts. I’ll meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your inner world.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply Person-Centered, I believe you are the expert on your life. I offer a safe space where your experiences are honored without judgment, and we work together to uncover what’s been holding you back.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based tools: CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, education, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic reflection based on your unique needs. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I tailor every session to you, adapting as your story unfolds.

Whether you’re untangling trauma, learning to manage emotional overwhelm, or exploring your identity, you’ll find a compassionate, responsive partner in me.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a deeper understanding of their emotions, patterns, and needs. You may find yourself thinking, “That finally makes sense,” or even noticing small shifts—like responding to stress or relationships in ways you never thought possible.

My hope is that therapy becomes a space of insight, empowerment, and self-connection. You won’t just learn coping skills, you’ll begin to rewrite the narrative that’s shaped your life. Over time, those subtle changes add up to something powerful: a life that actually feels like yours.
