Great to meet you!

I have experience and value supporting individuals in a variety of settings who have dealt with adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, LGBTQAI+ concerns, self-esteem issues, eating and other body related concerns, and relationships. I also have experience supporting individuals in coping with life transitions, identity concerns, and personal development.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I see counseling as a collaborative and relational process in which treatment is tailored specifically to each person's needs. I provide a calm, open, and safe space for clients to process any challenges they may bring in. My therapeutic style can be described as collaborative, compassionate, empathetically challenging, non-judgmental, and genuine. I see counseling as a space where we can also use humor, highlight strengths, and validate progress as we work through challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

My ideal clients are individuals who understand that healing requires change. I work with each individual to set and accomplish any goals they have for growth, from using counseling as a safe space to process emotions to changing patterns or developing insight and skills.
