Great to meet you!

I am passionate about the evolution of mental healthcare as a path of conscious awakening. Diversity and authenticity are essential to our collective sustainability. I strive to hold safe and inclusive spaces that acknowledge and grow us through layers of oppression and programming. All facets of you are welcome in our space.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from an ecological and ancestral framework. My approach and style align with intuitive and highly sensitive women, parents, artists, survivors, children, practitioners, and those curious about their human nature, sexual liberation, culture, and energy. I also help families through birth and death preparation, process, and integration.

What you can expect from our first session

Our work together involves tending to the root of imbalance, alchemizing pain into medicine, and re-orienting artistic creation and mothers as the center of life. As a relational and earth-centered practitioner, I believe reality can be imagined, gestated, and birthed anew. We can meet in my office in NE Portland, our local forests, or virtually. May we remember healing is belonging within the village of our hearts, our communities, and our planet.
