Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York who offers a warm, collaborative space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Since 2016, I have worked as a social worker in a Harlem retirement community, supporting older adults through case management, counseling, advocacy, and community resource coordination. Since 2018, I have also provided psychotherapy for individuals and couples, helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and other emotional stressors.

My approach to therapy

My background includes crisis intervention and trauma support, with experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. I have also volunteered for more than a decade with Mount Sinai’s Crime Victims Treatment Center. Across both clinical and community settings, I bring warmth, empathy, active listening, and practical guidance to my work.

What you can expect from me

My approach is direct, client-centered, and solution-focused, while always making space for clients to feel safe, understood, and supported. I earned my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and my Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College. I am passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and build on their strengths.
