Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. My name is Saúl.

I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported without judgment.

With a background in both psychiatric and family medicine, I take a whole-person approach—considering both your mental and physical health when developing your treatment plan. My goal is to help you feel like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful and tailored to you. I combine medication management with supportive care, always considering both your mental and physical health. I take time to understand your full story, not just the symptoms, so we can build a plan that actually works for you. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe and empowered in your treatment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. I’ll ask questions about your mental and physical health so we can get a clear picture of your needs. You can expect a calm, judgment-free zone where you can speak openly. Together, we’ll start building a plan that works best for you.
