Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist who works with individuals and families navigating a range of emotional and relational challenges. My practice is shaped by my extensive experience supporting individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, ADHD, and learning differences. I support individuals and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and challenges in communication and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a thoughtful, shared process rooted in curiosity and respect for each person’s lived experience. My work is grounded in a warm, person-centered, and collaborative approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities and adapting them to fit each client’s needs and preferences. This approach applies whether we are working individually or together as a family, and supports emotional regulation, communication, and self-advocacy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll talk about what has been challenging, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you may have. There is no expectation to have everything figured out—the first session is about listening, building understanding, and clarifying what support may be most helpful moving forward.
