Great to meet you!

I have over 23 years working with adolescents and their families. I have 13 years in the substance abuse field and 13 years in the mental health field. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am a certified addictions counselor. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My approach to therapy

While it is very difficult to ask for help, we all have times in our lives when we need to talk to someone. What I offer is a non-judgmental environment for all to work through their problems using talk therapy. Through self reflection and behavior modification I feel that we all can overcome our troubles.

What you can expect from me

I want to make sure our time together is productive so you learn and grow as an individual. I will lead you through the journey of self-discovery.
