Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support is one of the most courageous steps you can take, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people navigate life's most challenging moments. Since 2017, I've had the privilege of working across a variety of social work settings, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the many ways life can feel overwhelming. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, where I specialized in Health and Mental Health.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and situational challenges related to work, family, and relationships. I also have specialized knowledge in perinatal mental health, including prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as the emotional weight that can come with infertility. No matter what brings you here, you deserve a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and genuinely supportive and that's exactly what I strive to provide.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own. I'd love to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation rather than a one-sided process. I'll walk with you through what you're experiencing, help you make sense of it, and work alongside you to find practical, meaningful ways forward.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches to tailor my work to your unique needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps us explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and how shifting unhelpful patterns can lead to real change. Solution-Focused Therapy keeps us grounded in your strengths and goals, helping you identify what's already working and build on it. When family dynamics or relationship patterns play a role in what you're experiencing, I incorporate Family Systems principles to help you understand how those connections shape your well-being.

Above all, I meet you where you are. Whether you need space to process, guidance through a difficult decision, or tools to manage day-to-day challenges, I'm here to offer honest, compassionate support every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before you walk in. My main goal is simply to get to know you, your story, and what's brought you to this point. Understanding your background and history helps me get a fuller picture of who you are so I can best support and guide you in the right direction.

I also believe that the most meaningful goals are the ones that come from you. Rather than handing you a roadmap, I'll help create a space where you feel comfortable exploring what you truly want to work toward and I'll be right there, supportive and encouraging, every step of the way. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful about what's ahead.
