Great to meet you!

The season around pregnancy — whether you're trying to conceive, expecting, or adjusting to new parenthood — can be quietly overwhelming in ways that are hard to put into words. I specialize in perinatal mental health, including prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, and in the grief and emotional complexity that often accompany infertility. This is work I care deeply about and bring specific clinical training to.

I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family stress. My goal is to create a space that feels genuinely safe — not a performance of safety, but a real relationship where you can show up as you are.

I've been practicing since 2017, hold an MSW from the University of South Carolina with a specialization in Health and Mental Health, and am licensed in South Carolina as a LISW-CP. I keep a small caseload intentionally — so every client gets real attention.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, conversational, and practical — I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real exchange, not a clinical process you're being put through.

I draw on CBT to help you notice how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect and how shifting one can shift the others. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy keeps us grounded in your strengths and what's already working, rather than dwelling on what isn't. Narrative Therapy helps you examine the stories you've been telling about yourself — and decide which ones you want to keep. I layer in Positive Psychology and Strength-Based approaches to build genuine momentum, not just coping skills.

Above all, I meet you where you are. Whether you need space to process, clarity through a difficult decision, or practical tools for day-to-day challenges — I'm here.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know each other. There's no pressure to have it figured out before you walk in — I'll ask questions, listen, and help us get a fuller picture of what's brought you here and what you want from this work.

Rather than handing you a roadmap, we'll build one together — one that comes from you, and fits your actual life. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful about what's ahead.
