Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical social worker with a deep commitment to helping people heal from trauma. I spent five years providing therapy to children in therapeutic foster care and their families, and through that work I came to care especially about young people who have experienced some of life's hardest circumstances. I have a particular passion for working with teenagers — meeting them with patience, respect, and a belief in their capacity to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on trauma healing and creating a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely understood. I believe healing happens within a trusting relationship, so I focus on building that foundation first and moving at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you're a teen, an adult, or a family navigating difficult experiences together, my goal is to help you process what you've been through and move toward greater stability and hope.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other with no pressure. We'll talk about what's bringing you in and what you're hoping for, and I'll take care to make sure you feel safe and heard from the very beginning. Together we'll start to shape goals and a path forward that fits your needs.
