Great to meet you!

Hello, thanks for taking the time to be here.

I began working in serious mental health and dual diagnosis in 2016, gaining experience in outpatient, residential, and crisis settings as I completed training for my own therapy license. I’m motivated to do this work by my community, my family, and the belief that everyone is trying their best every day.

Everyone comes to therapy with both obstacles and hopes for what they want next. You already have some tools, and you've gotten this far with them. Together, we will build off of your natural strengths while exploring new ways of thinking and behaving to get you where you want to be. Along the way, we will examine environment, patterns, values, and beliefs to find what you need to thrive.

In our sessions, I will show up with authenticity, acceptance, and creativity because I want to be an effective collaborator and r

esource whatever the situation may entail.

My approach to therapy

Client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions prioritize discussing informed consent, biopsychosocial assessment, and collaborative treatment planning on how best to address the client's concerns and hopes for therapy. This first meeting is a chance to get to know one another and establish a working relationship. Expect plenty of questions and bring some of your own as well.
