Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and making this decision to try something new. Therapy can truly be a sacred space. It's a place that can absolutely change your life, if you allow your self the time and space to heal. My focus is to see you as uniquely you: the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly. I believe we all have inherent value and worth, and I strive to see this in every single person, including you! We may have some changes we need to make and some behaviors we have to part ways with, but through this healing journey, I want you to know how valued and loved you are. To embrace life again like we were meant to. To forgive others and learn to let go. To change what you can and find peace with what you can't.

I operate from a trauma-informed perspective - recognizing how the past has changed the way we see ourselves and those around us. I look at how early life experiences impact our relationships, attachments, emotions, motivation, and joy. I incorporate mindfulness to help with regulation and utilize psychoeducation to understand that what happened in the past can't be changed, but we have the ability to pursue healing and growth regardless.

At this time, I am self-pay only for couples sessions ($150/session).

My approach to therapy

My greatest strengths lie in blending deep empathy and active listening with a specialized focus on attachment, trauma-informed care, and family systems theory. I don't just look at surface-level symptoms; I work collaboratively with you to uncover the root causes of distress and break long-standing patterns.

Mostly, my hope is you learn to see yourself as a strong, capable, loved human being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to create a warm, secure, and welcoming space where you feel truly heard.

Because I operate from an attachment and trauma-informed lens, we will talk about how we can work together collaboratively to explore root causes rather than just surface-level symptoms.

Ultimately, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where your experiences are validated and your voice is heard.
