Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Savannah! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping parents feel more confident and connected in their relationship with their child. I specialize in parent coaching for families navigating ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges, big emotions, anxiety, and everyday parenting struggles. With a background in working directly with children and families, I help parents better understand the “why” behind their child’s behavior and learn practical strategies that actually fit their family. My approach is warm, supportive, and judgment-free—we’ll work together to find what works for you and your child.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on giving you practical tools you can use in everyday life. I help parents understand what may be driving their child’s behavior, identify patterns that are keeping challenges going, and make small, realistic changes that can have a big impact at home. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all parenting advice, we’ll work together to find strategies that fit your child, your family, and your values. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more confident, connected, and equipped to handle the challenges that come up between sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you, your child, and what life looks like for your family right now. We’ll talk through your biggest concerns, what you’ve already tried, what’s working, and where you’re feeling stuck. Together, we’ll identify a few clear goals and begin creating a realistic plan tailored to your family. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and leave with a clearer sense of what to do next.
