Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Savannah Fedorovich, LMHC. I provide counseling services both in person in North Palm Beach and virtually through out the state of Florida.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Palm Beach Atlantic University. In my undergraduate years, I developed an intricate passion for counseling. I continued to pursue my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a special focus on Trauma and Crisis. Due to my increasing passion for counseling, I am currently obtaining my Doctoral Degree in Community Care and Counseling.

I have worked in a variety of environments that have solidified my desire to help individuals and supported me in being a well rounded therapist. In the past, I have had the privilege of working with children diagnosed with Autism as well as in Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment Centers. My experience has helped me reach a wide audience of individuals in need of support.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My mission is to cultivate a space for learning, processing, and healing. As a therapist, my role is to lead others to a place where they have the ability to connect with their restored purpose, both individually and relationally.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, ART, and ideals stemming from AEDP, my hope is to encourage my clients to seek a dynamic, resilient, and joyful life. EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy are therapies I am passionate about and allow for an alternate approach to addressing trauma.

Though trials in our journey are inevitable, my purpose is to allow others to discover themselves in a new and meaningful way.

What you can expect from our first session

I promise to meet you exactly where you are, while providing a space to process and heal. I also promise to help you challenge the negative distortions that are no longer serving you.

My goal is to provide psychoeducation regarding coping skills and tools to help manage any dysregulation that may arise. I am here for you and your journey, to ensure you feel supported, heard, and confident in your care.
