Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break? With 18 years in behavioral health, I help adults manage anxiety, recover from substance use, and navigate major life transitions with practical, real-world strategies. My background spans mental health and substance use treatment across outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and higher levels of care. This depth of experience allows me to understand not only the clinical side of healing, but also how systems, stress, and daily life truly impact mental health. <!-- Professional verification provided by Psychology Today -->

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in the understanding that progress has to fit into your real world. In therapy, I strive to create a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and authentic. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and understood—not rushed or labeled. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, parenting stress, relationship challenges, or recovery, my goal is to help you build clarity, resilience, and sustainable coping tools that work beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

My approach blends CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to help clients build practical tools they can use in everyday life — not just in session. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. You just have to show up—and I’ll meet you where you are.
