Great to meet you!

I bring a warm, down-to-earth energy to every session, balancing evidence-based care with humor, empathy, and real human connection. Therapy shouldn't feel clinical or stiff; it should feel like a conversation with someone who's fully in your corner. Approaches draw from emotion-focused therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative therapy, giving me a strong foundation in the why behind your patterns — while I also weave in CBT and ACT when a more structured, skills-based approach fits your goals. I work with individuals and couples alike, and welcome relationships of every kind — partnered, dating, or navigating something in between.

My approach to therapy

I am strengths-based at my core. I believe you already have the capacity to grow, heal, and reach the goals that matter to you. My job is to help you access that, not tell you who to be. That belief shapes an approach that's affirming and inclusive across the board: LGBTQIA+ affirming, ENM/polyamory inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming, and sex-positive/kink-aware. Whoever you are and however you love, you can expect to be met without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other. Expect an unhurried, conversational intake where we'll talk about what's bringing you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping therapy can offer. There's no pressure to have it all figured out; we'll build the plan together from there. Cost and coverage are real considerations in choosing a therapist. Please inquire about available insurance options or sliding scale availability. I am happy to talk through what's feasible for you.
