Great to meet you!

I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings, including residential, school, and outpatient therapy. I earned my degree from Lipscomb University and have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and identity, and I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is for every session to leave you feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with something meaningful to take with you. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders and am passionate about helping clients build confidence and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. Your story, your experiences, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what you hope to gain from our work and identify the goals that feel most meaningful to you. From there, we’ll create a plan that supports you in building the life you want.
