Great to meet you!

Does life feel like a constant balancing act between your anxiety and your responsibilities? Perhaps you are navigating the aftermath of domestic violence, managing a disability, or simply feeling "stuck" in patterns you can't seem to break. You deserve a space where you are heard without judgment and empowered to move forward.

I specialize in helping women and survivors of domestic violence navigate the complexities of trauma and anxiety. My approach is collaborative and dynamic; whether you have clear goals or feel completely lost, we will find the path back to your authentic self together.

As a certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, I also offer a unique expertise: helping you quit smoking or vaping without the crushing weight of extra stress. I understand that habits are often tied to how we cope with life, and I provide a supportive, trauma-informed way to regain your health and freedom.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, combining Person-Centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to understand your unique perspective, utilize your own motivation, and help you make changes to move forward. My clients would describe me as open-minded, encouraging, and solution focused.

What you can expect from me

Don't know exactly what your goals are? We'll figure it out together! Already have defined goals? We'll figure out a plan to help you meet them! My practice is unique because you are unique - you know yourself better than anyone, and I believe in a collaborative, dynamic relationship that draws on that knowledge for therapy that fits you and your goals. You don't have to figure this out alone. Reach out today for a free consultation or to schedule your first telehealth session. I look forward to walking alongside you.
