Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, substance use, bipolar disorder, or grief begin making it difficult to recognize yourself. You may be carrying emotional pain, feeling disconnected from who you are, or wondering if things can ever feel different. Healing doesn't require you to have everything figured out. It begins with having a safe place where you can show up exactly as you are. I partner with adults navigating substance use and addiction, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression, helping them reconnect with themselves, build healthier coping skills, and create a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling. My goal is to create a warm, affirming environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, accepted, and empowered throughout your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, thought patterns, and behaviors that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you already possess and developing practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest while also being supported in taking practical steps forward. My approach incorporates Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) because every client deserves care that is individualized, compassionate, and grounded in approaches that fit their unique goals. Together, we can work through grief and loss, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use recovery, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression, while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, welcoming relationship where you feel accepted from the very first session. I'll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and encouragement while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and move through life's challenges without judgment. Whether you're recovering from substance use, managing anxiety or depression, processing grief, or simply hoping to reconnect with yourself again, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while creating meaningful change together. My hope is that you leave each session feeling lighter, more confident, and better equipped to build the life you want.
