Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW graduate of Marywood University and have been practicing social work since 2013, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in forensic counseling. My primary focus is trauma-informed care, and I have a strong passion for supporting clients impacted by trauma.

I work with adults and couples, and I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a safe and inclusive space for therapy. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happy life takes courage, and I am here to support you throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to creating a safe, empowering environment where clients can regain control over their past and move forward toward becoming the best version of themselves. My approach emphasizes motivational therapy and collaboration, ensuring that clients feel supported in their journey without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from me

During an initial session I find it important to begin to create a comfortable safe space where the client can provide whatever information they chose until becoming more comfortable with the process. I do like to discuss a goal or so if the client is willing prior to moving into the next session. I feel the client's time is valuable and I enjoy getting to work to provide relief to the client no matter the circumstance.
