Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) providing therapy to adults navigating trauma, addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the challenges that come with being human. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Whether therapy is new to you or you've tried it before without finding the right fit, you're welcome here. I especially enjoy working with young adults and others who are ready to break unhealthy patterns, heal from the past, and build a life that reflects their values.

My approach to therapy

I believe good therapy starts with a genuine, trusting relationship where you can be honest without fear of judgment. My style is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging, with a sprinkle of dry humor. Together, we'll work to better understand what's keeping you stuck while building practical skills that lead to meaningful, lasting change. I tailor evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, DBT, IFS-informed therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and CAMS when appropriate—to fit your needs, not the other way around. It's a privilege to walk alongside people through some of life's hardest and most meaningful seasons.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and decide whether we're a good fit. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your history and current concerns, and discuss what you'd like to get out of our work together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than you're ready to.
